聖飢魔IIは悪魔教の布教のためにハードロック(HR)バンドの様式を用いて魔暦紀元前14年(1985年)9月に地球デビューし、27銘柄の小教典(シングル)、18銘柄の大教典(アルバム)、14銘柄の活動絵巻教典(ビデオ・DVD)を発布(発売)、魔暦元年(1999)12月31日に地球征服を完了し地球デビューから14年間の活動に終止符を打ち解散し魔界に戻った。その後、人類の悪魔化を視察する為に国内外をはじめ基本5年おきに(魔暦7('05)年、魔暦12('10)年、魔暦17('15年))再集結し期間限定で大黒ミサツアーを行なって来た。解散後初!! 23年振りとなるオリジナル大教典の発布が決定。その新大教典のタイトルは、「BLOODIEST」。新大教典には、かつてプロとして聖飢魔IIで作曲をしたすべての構成員が新楽曲提供をしており、エース清水長官による17年ぶりとなる書下ろし新曲も加わり、信者感涙のギターソロも演奏している。 初回生産限定盤Bは、「地獄のBONUS TRACKS -再集結以後発布楽曲集-」(CD)付き。
