The cherry blossom fuchsia paint colour is not dull-looking, unlike some other gold/silver leaf makie brushes in Chikuhodo & Eihodo makie series which can appear somewhat lacklustre under natural light and on camera. Koyudo's makie is bright and vibrant against its glossy black lacquered wood holder. Overall pleased with the purchase.
