I used IPMO or Foreign Money order as the payment method. After sending it, I was call and asked to input who should the payment be sent to, I asked the person who is in charge(by email) and she said it should be can be either Neowing Corporation or Toshi Makiya, I think this should also be include in the guide of Payment Method since some country require this information for the Money Order to be sent. In my case, there's a box that require the receiver's name, it can be either the company or the receiver's name. I got the thing I ordered after a few weeks, thanks for the help and thanks Mana Miyamoto for helping :)
