「天啓」と「GORE」は約9年ぶりとなるASAGI名義の楽曲であり、カップリングを含め、これら計4曲は2025年の5月2日～3日のGWに行われる限定ライヴ二日間の為に急遽書き下ろされたという。前作の「アンプサイ」と「屍の王者」と世界を繋ぐ、白と黒のヴィジュアルはまさにASAGIが長年貫き通してきた王道のスタイルである。Dが無期限活動休止を迎え、近年は浅葱名義として和に徹していただけに、歓喜するファンも多いのではないだろうか。ASAGIが紡ぐ独自の世界観はバンドとソロを行き来し、ここに来て原点回帰とも言えるコンセプトに心躍らせるファンは少なくないはず。ぶれることなく一貫されてきたASAGIワールドは、次にどんな世界を魅せてくれるのだろうか。また今回もゲストはこのシーンを揺るがす歴代のアーティストが揃い踏み。ASAGI/浅葱のゲストとしては初参加となる名うてのメンバーが3人、Gt.にDie (DIR EN GREY)、そしてBa.に明希 (シド)、KOHTA (PIERROT /Angelo)と新たな貴名が続く。その他にも浅葱作品にはもはやお馴染みとも言える、腕達者なメンバーが集結した。Gt.に咲人 (NIGHTMARE / JAKIGAN MEISTER)、K-A-Z (Sads / DETROX / STEALTH / カイキゲッショク)、HIRO (La'cryma Christi)、Ba.に岡野ハジメ、人時 (黒夢)、そしてDrs.にShinya (DIR EN GREY)、淳士 (SIAMSHADE / BULL ZEICHEN 88)、Sakura-櫻澤泰徳 (gibkiy gibkiy gibkiy / Rayflower / THE MADCAP LAUGHS /ZIGZO)、HIROKI (D)と錚々たる顔ぶれが続く。既出された夏ツアーの前の僅かな時間の為に、これだけの豪華絢爛な作品が世に生み出されたというのは驚きでしかない。だが、人に与えられし刹那の中で悠久を生きるASAGIにとっては、ある意味「らしい」とも言える表現なのかもしれない。このヴィジュアルを目にできる日は僅か、初日に「天啓」、2日目に「GORE」、そして3日目のアウトストアの一部・二部のみだという。ASAGIが織り成す美しくも狂おしい光と闇、唯一無二の世界観を是非堪能してもらいたい。
