I love this 5150 V.H. CD, and am happy that it sounds much much better than the OLD edition. It is a "must have" if you care about sound quality. Buy it!

Best sounding and only edition of this recording that I'll listen to! It is sad to me that many fans of this cd have no idea that this is available. People in the U.S. are begging for this to be remastered, but are unaware that this sonically superior edition exists....buy it!
Panama Jack ...thanks for your review! I was skeptical that this would be a remastered version but Panama Jack's review is dead on. The original 5150 CD sounded horrible.. the audio on this is much more clear, balanced and loud. The other Van Halen Hagar era CDs also have improved audio but 5150 and OU812 are the ones that are dramatically improved. Balance and Carnal sound better but not as huge a noticeable gain, however Balance includes the bonus track Crossing Over which is excellent. This is worth buying if you are looking for the best sounding version on the Hagar era Van Halen CDs.
