Concerto Moon、4thの「GATE OF TRIUMPH」というインスト主体のアルバムはあったものの純粋なソロアルバムとしては初となる今作。バンドとしては表現していなかった彼のルーツが垣間見える楽曲から、爆走チューンや超テクニカルなナンバー、さらにアコースティックなナンバーまでこれぞ島紀史ワールドというアルバムに仕上がっている。また今回は、彼のキャリアで初の試みとして、マーシーバンド等で活躍中の女性VoのGI-NAをフィーチャーした楽曲を制作。メタルとポップスをバリアフリーにした小野正利も参加。ベースは山本征史(夜叉)、ドラムはMAD大内(ex.ANTHEM)、そしてギタリストのアルバムとして見逃せないのは、リスペクトしてきた中間英明(HURRY SCUARY)と大谷レイブン(大谷令文)がゲストギタリストで参加している点。島紀史の源流も感じ取れるギターゼウス達の競演も必聴!! 4thで圧倒的に評価の高かったJMETALインスト最高傑作「To Die For」も新録で収録。
