さくらももこ作詞、斉藤和義作編曲! フジテレビ系アニメ「ちびまる子ちゃん」エンディング主題歌! 12作目となる新エンディング主題歌(2019年10月6日放送回より)。さくらももこが生前より斉藤に歌ってもらうことを希望し書かれた歌詞となっており、斉藤和義というキャラクターを想起させるようなフレーズが散りばめられている。カップリングには電通で様々なCM等を手掛けながらも作家としても活動している高崎卓馬氏が9月9日中央公論社より小説「オートリバース」を発刊。その小説を読み斉藤和義が書き下ろした楽曲「オートリバース～最後の恋～」や、1950年代にリリース後、様々なアーティストにカバーされ英米チャートでも長く名を連ねてきた名バラード「YOU BELONG TO ME」を斉藤のオリジナル日本語詞でカバーし収録。初回限定盤には、ジャズファンクチューンのインストゥルメンタル「シャーク (Naked)」が収録されており、"ちびまる子ちゃんコラボ特製三方背ケース仕様"に加え、「斉藤和義」×「ちびまる子ちゃん」コラボイラスト特製ステッカー3枚付き。
