恋人を失くした青年に訪れる奇跡の瞬間! ミステリー界の巨匠、島田荘司原作のラブ・ミステリーを初映画化!! 主演は、新鋭・吉木遼と実力派女優・谷村美月。佐野史郎、宮川一朗太といった日本映画界には欠かせない演技派俳優と共に、甘くてほろ苦い結末へと観る者を導く! 第9回アジア国際青少年映画祭 最優秀脚本賞受賞作品。――交通事故に遭った雅人は病院のベッドで目覚めるが事故当日の記憶がなく、記憶障害と診断され入院生活を続ける。友人の亀井から、雅人は恋人の遥と車でデートにでかけて事故にあったと教えられる。恋人のことを思いだせない彼は徐々に精神状態が不安定に。亀井の勧めで「経頭蓋磁気刺激法」と呼ばれるTMS治療を受けることにする。ほどなくして彼のまわりに異変が起こる。写真で見た遥が目の前に立っているのだ。彼女は最初、言葉を発しない。雅人はTMS治療を続けていくうちに遥の記憶を取り戻していく。そして、幻肢として存在する遥と会話をかわし、思い出の場所を2人でめぐっていく。実際にはいない遥と一緒に過ごす時間が多くなってきた雅人は、やがて事故の日の記憶を全て思いだす。あの日、自分が何をしたのかわかった雅人はくやみきれない後悔にさいなまれる。だが、現実は彼が想像していた世界とは大きく違っていた――。
