広島に突如出現した、ふしぎな少年。成長するに従い、巨大になっていく"彼"の謎! 研究施設を抜け出した"彼"の前に、地底から出現した凶暴な怪獣が立ちふさがった!! 1965年に製作された本作が、初のBlu-ray化。――太平洋戦争末期、潜水艦がドイツから運んできた不死身の心臓。広島で発見され、成長とともに巨大化していく少年は、その心臓が成長したものなのか? しかし、少年は自ら手を切断して、研究施設を脱走してしまう。食料を求めて、北上する少年。同じ頃、秋田油田の地底から肉食の巨大怪獣が出現した。不死身の怪人と凶暴な怪獣、その果てしない死闘の勝者は誰か!
