Gentle, mild and refreshing. Would be an excellent summertime tea and a great iced tea. The tea bags are sized so that one is enough for a whole tea pot. If you don't have a tea pot, you can use it in a Pyrex (or other heat resistant) measuring cup that can fill 1000ml or about 4 cups of liquid. I have done that at a friend's house and it is the same taste. Even my boyfriend will drink this tea sometimes and he usually doesn't like tea at all.
