This is a black tea from Kakura series. Kakura is its place of origin. The included tea leaves are taken only from 8-acre tea field in there. This black tea received some awards inside and outside of Japan, including The International Tea Show 2012, one of the most renown show in Taiwan. It has a natural sweetness and a clean finish, which are characteristics of Japanese black tea. Included stems also produce sweetness.

加久良シリーズの紅茶です。加久良という名前の土地にある茶園8aだけでとれた在来種のお茶で作りました。2010年国際銘茶品評会 台湾大会 銀賞受賞、静岡県 山のお茶100選 入選。和紅茶の大きな特徴である甘み、さっぱり感があります。無選別仕上げのため、茎が目立ちますが、それが甘みをいっそう引き出しています。2番茶でつくりました。
