ニッポンが誇る特撮・アニメのクリエイターが人気実力派声優・関智一を主演に創りあげた、連作実写短編映画!! 3作目【浅草立志編】。シリーズ3作目となる本作品では、『東のエデン』の滝沢朗、「黒子のバスケ」シリーズの黄瀬涼太など、数々の作品に声優として出演するほか、俳優・歌手としても活躍する木村良平が芸人崩れの若者・シロウを演じ、演芸の聖地浅草で主人公・凜太郎を巻き込んだ波瀾万丈な物語を巻き起こします。――鎌倉から浅草へ、凜太郎の俥ではるばるやってきた青年・シロウ(木村良平)。泣かず飛ばずで解散したお笑いコンビの復活を、別ユニットでブレイク間近の元相方に今さら迫ろうというのだ。その身勝手さに呆れる凜太郎だが、なぜか一肌脱ぐことになってしまう。
