稀代のシンガーソングライター・鈴木祥子のシングルは、大滝詠一『ナイアガラ・カレンダー』のトリビュートシングル。タイトル曲は1インチテープ/16チャンネルのマルチレコーダーを使った完全オールアナログ録音。全て鈴木祥子の一人多重 (テナー&バリトンサックスのみゲストで山本拓夫が参加)録音で、オリジナルバージョンへの憧れとリスペクトにあふれた和製ウォールオブサウンドに仕上がった。カップリングには同じく『ナイアガラ・カレンダー』収録、ロックンロールの名曲の数々を織り込んだ「Rock'n' Rollお年玉」ライブバージョンを収録。
