[Machine Translation] CHUB DU's first album "Portal" was released in July 2003 and was quietly well received for its shimmering sound and shimmering world of lyrics. The album is a package of the diversity of CHUBDU's sound, which does not fit into the rock genre alone, and is a sound that is common to the experimental oriented sounds of MUM and others after RADIOHEAD, as well as to Fishmans and Hanaregumi, which give a unique sound to the words. 2003年7月にリリースされた1stアルバム『Portal』の煌めくサウンドと揺らめく歌詞の世界観が静かな評判となったCHUB DU、一年ぶりのリリースは新曲2曲にプロモのみでくばられ多くの方から発売のリクエストがあった『いる』のpianoによるひきかたりバージョン、多くのLOUNGEやCAFEでのDJにプレイされた『囲いのないマーチ』のambientバージョン、そして昨年の夏から野外レイブやクラブでプレイされたhalfmoonのDJ YODAによるDANCE REMIXを収録。まさにロックというジャンルだけには収まらないCHUBDUのサウンドの多様性をパッケージした内容となっています。RADIOHEAD以降のエクスペリメンタルな指向を持ったMUMなどのサウンドや独特な言葉の響きを感じさせるFishmansやハナレグミにも共通する日本語感が独自の世界観で一体となって響いてくるはずです、ぜひひろい空のしたで聴いてみてください。もちろん今年から下北沢QUEでスタートしたCHUB DUのライブ企画『アポーツ』も好調に動員を増やしてます。このミニアルバムのリリースとともにまた関西ツアーなども予定しております。ぜひご注目ください。
