英国叙情HRバンドとして確固たる地位を築いたTENのキーボード奏者として1996年の『The Name Of The Rose』から1999年の『Spellbound』まで在籍したジェド・ライランズ。彼はTEN脱退後、約10年間家族を優先させ、主だった活動を避けていたが、復活後、様々なメロディック系のセッション活動(現在はTYKETTOのツアー・メンバーとしても活動)し、2011年遂に自身のプロジェクトを始動させた。それがこの"RAGE OF ANGELS"ジェドが自ら曲を書き、シンガーにダニー・ヴォーン(TYKETTO)、ハリー・ヘス(HAREM SCAREM)、ラルフ・シーパース(PRIMAL FEAR)他、ギタリストにヴィニー・ヴァーンズ(ex-TEN)、ラルフ・サントーラ(MILLENIUM, DEICIDE, ICED EARTH)他、超豪華なメンツとともに制作されたアルバムは英国的メロディアス・ハードの一大傑作となった!
