She is now confidently releasing her first solo work, "Froh Flow," with the confidence that "this is me. The music video for the lead song "Midori no Sheet" was directed by up-and-coming female director Chiori Morioka (Crowdy Co., Ltd.), and has received many love calls from overseas fans.

”ayumi melody”は英国ロンドン生まれ、長野県松本市育ちの日英のハーフ。12才から再び英国での生活に戻り、LCF(London College of Fashion)を卒業後、2009年よりロンドンにて音楽活動をスタート。A Month of Sundays のフロントとして、Transgressive Recordsと共同でRockfeedback Japan! Vol.1を開催する等精力的な活動をみせる。来日後は、A Month of Sundaysとして1st mini album "YardBirdTaxiMeat", 1st full album "Light of My Life" をリリース。後者は英国ROUGH TRADEでも販売中である。また、2015年に解散したガールズロックバンド、リリーローズではフロントとほぼ全ての作詞作曲を務め、1st MV "I Know" は公開日に5000回を越え、急上昇チャートを賑わせ、BAYCAMP 2015 タワレボブースステージでのライブも好評であった。そんな彼女が満を持して「これこそが私」と自信をもってリリースするのが、今回の初のソロ作品「Froh Flow」となる。リード曲「みどりのシーツ」のMVは、新進気鋭の女性監督・森岡千織(クラウディ株式会社)が手がけ、海外のファンからのラブコールも多く届いている。
