I love this single. To me, Metamorphoze is an emotional song. Lamenting the eternal love for someone. Combining it with the song Kimi ga matteiru kara which generally has the same theme to it suits well as a single. However i don't really detect any difference in the remixed version of the song Kimi ga matteiru kara. But then again, maybe it's just me.. The DVD is also great. I thought the Metamorphoze PV is great. It didn't focus much on Gackt. But i think the gist of the emotion from the song does comes through. The only unfortunate thing about the DVD is that it has no subtitles for the chat session between Gackt and the creator of the Gundam series. So for non-Japanese speakers can only guess what they're talking about. But overall i'd say, this version of the single is great. A must have..!

Customer Reviews
This single is part of the soundtrack from a Gundam Z movie - one anime that i also happen to enjoy very much. I like this song Metamorphose very much and like to sing along with it. It has this sad feeling, but in the chorus you can feel how Gackt's voice along with the instrumental build a powerfull return. Along with the cd comes a DVD with the PV and some talking of Gackt and the Gundam creator. Since i don't understand much japanese i did not understand what they talked. The Metamorphose PV is a bit boring because Gackt stays like forever inside the Gundam cockpit. @_@ So yeah, this is not his best PV ever, but it still is nice to see - even more, if you are a Gundam fan. The other song is not new. Kimi ga Matteiru Kara is from Crescent album, it has an acoustic feel to it and i like it, but i wish he had included a new song instead of an old one.
I think that it's pretty much every little Japanese boy's dream to be somehow involved in a Gundam work, and as a big fan of the original Gundam series, Gackt was no exception. The song title is written as Metamorphoze in English then followed up by it written in katakana -- interesting considering TMRevolution's main themes for the Gundam Seed TV series, have been written exactly the same way. Jumping on the Gundam bandwagon? Anyway, this song is just great! I also enjoyed the newly arranged version of Kimi ga Matteiru kata.
