"劇場"を舞台に、かつてない最恐のジェットコースター・ホラーが登場!! 主演はAKB48 チームA所属のメンバーとしてテレビ、CM、雑誌など幅広く活躍中の島崎遥香! ――芸能事務所に入って5年、いまだ役に恵まれない若手女優・水樹沙羅(島崎遥香)は、気鋭の演出家・錦野豪太(小市慢太郎)の新作舞台に端役で出演することに。演目は、若さを保つため少女の生き血を浴びていた実在の女貴族エリザベートの生涯を描く「鮮血の呼び声」。舞台にはエリザベートの内面を映し出す分身の人形が置かれ、その前で沙羅や主演の篠原葵(高田里穂)、野村香織(足立梨花)らは火花を散らしながら連日稽古に打ち込んでいた。そんなある日、劇場でスタッフの女性が変死体で発見される。その直後、今度は葵が転落事故で意識不明の重体に。葵の降板を受け、沙羅は急きょ主演に抜擢される。ところが稽古中に、沙羅は舞台に置かれた人形が動き出すのを目撃。果たして目の錯覚か、それとも・・・。劇場にただならぬ気配を感じとった沙羅と美術スタッフの和泉(町田啓太)は、人形を制作した作家・児島(中村育二)を訪ねる。ところがその頃、劇場ではこの世のものとは思えない「ちょうだい・・ちょうだい・・」という声が響き渡り、新たな惨劇が巻き起こっていた―。2枚組プレミアム・エディション。ミニブックレット、ポストカード封入。アウターケース付き。
