「みんなで青春しませんか?」がコンセプトの王道ギターポップアイドルグループ「tipToe.」と「都市」がコンセプトのヘンテコシューゲイザーアイドルグループ「・・・・・・・・・」のスプリットシングル。両グループは同時期に結成され、東京を拠点とする新進気鋭のアイドルグループとして何度も共演してきた関係。今作は両グループのキーワードを掛け合わせた「東京×センチメンタル」をテーマにそれぞれが制作した新曲と、これまでにライブで互いにカバーし合ってきた「ソーダフロート気分(・・・・・・・・・)」「クリームソーダのゆううつ(tipToe.)」を両グループが独自にアレンジしたバージョンを収録した4曲入り。
