The PV is directed by Toru Sumi, an illustrator who draws dramatic compositions, worldviews, and vivid moments of the characters. RIRI YAMASHITA, a popular artist for his stylish animations, vividly expresses the world view in the PV. The theme song "Sweet Days" is sung by SHOJI (a short version is included on each CD). The lyrics are written by Kaori Oda, who has sung theme songs for many Otomate titles. The second song is "Shakurikoi: Hot-blooded Teacher Hisayuki Mikami" (CV: Kazuyuki Okitsu).

2017年にリリースされた"片想いから始まる6色の恋物語"キャラクターCD「恋色始標」シリーズから、待望の続編「恋色始標 Sweet Days」がオトメイトレコードから7ヶ月連続リリース! 本作は都心近くの高校を舞台に、甘酸っぱく、切なく、少女漫画のような"片想い"の日々を描くシリーズ。前作から1年後、恋人同士になった"アナタ"との後日談を描き、更に甘さを増した2人の幸せいっぱいな物語をお届け。前作に引き続き、シナリオはオトメイトレコード「君恋シグナル」やノベライズ作品、ゲームシナリオを担当する狐塚冬里、キャラクターデザインはドラマチックな構図や世界観、キャラクターの活き活きとした一瞬を描くイラストレーター、澄(とおる)を起用。PVはスタイリッシュなアニメーションで人気の山下RIRIが鮮やかに世界観を表現。作品を彩る主題歌はSHOJIが歌う「Sweet Days」(各CDにはShort ver.を収録)。作詞は数々のオトメイト作品の主題歌を歌唱してきた織田かおりが担当。第2弾は、灼恋: 熱血教師 三上寿之 (CV: 興津和幸)。
