You pretty much get what you pay for with this collection, that being A near perfect look back at the music history of Sonic The Hedgehog. That is, the vocal songs, anyway. You get songs from all the way back from SONIC CD (SEGA / MEGA CD) all the up to his more recent outings with SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 20006 and SONIC AND THE SECRET RINGS. While some great songs are noticeably absent, you to take into account this is centered on SONIC, so you won't be getting any Shadow or other character songs. But that's fine, since what's here is some of the best including most of Crush 40's contributions to the series. Definitely work pick up for SONIC and videogame music fans alike.

This collection features songs from most of the recent Sonic games, and also goes all the way back to Sonic CD. The Sonic X theme (the English version!) is also here in all its amusingness. I loved having the Angel Island remix that will feature in Super Smash Brothers. My only problem with the disc is that there are several repeats--remixes of songs already on the disc. There are some Sonic-related rarities I would have preferred to see in their place. But overall, a good buy, especially since the soundtracks featuring many of these songs are now out of print.
As a BIG fan of Sonic, you must pick this up NOW! Having all of the greatest tracks from the Sonic games including the Sonic X intro theme! The best track is the last song, "Open Your Heart" remix with Crush 40 and Bentley Jones! You can also get to hear a remix track that is featured in Super Smash Brothers Brawl!
