Her notable works include anime "Shuumatsu no Izetta" and movie "Kakegurui". Includes two discs, "OUTSIDE" and "UPPERSIDE" each featuring different tastes with female vocals and tribal music played with strings, brass, and woodwind instruments, and another with magical, mysterious, classical music.

「妖怪人間ベム」50周年を記念して製作される7月アニメ「BEM」のサントラ第二弾は、アニメ「終末のイゼッタ」や映画「賭ケグルイ」などの音楽で話題の未知瑠が担当。ジャズやヒップホップに寄った内容のSOIL&"PIMP"SESSIONSのサントラ「OUTSIDE」(8.28発売)に対し、未知瑠のサントラは、女性ボーカルやストリングス、金管、木管を全面にフィーチャーした民族音楽、クラシック系の幻想的、神秘的なサウンドを奏でる。「OUTSIDE」と「UPPERSIDE」、2枚を合わせて初めて「BEM」の音楽が完結する。両手タッピング奏法で話題を集めるギタリスト・ichikaや、西川進(E.guitar)、渡辺等(Bass)等、個性的なミュージシャンが多数参加。
