祝結成40周年! 世界を震撼させたPLASTICSの80'sマスターピースに発掘映像&音源を加え、ビクター・デラックス・エディション#1 "TOKYO LOCAL CLASSICS" として新装リリース!! 今回デラックス・エディション化にあたり、オリジナル・アルバム3タイトルのオリジナルアナログマスターテープを非常に良い保存状態で発見することが出来たことから初めてCD用にマスタリングを施し、最も原音に忠実なサウンドを呼び覚ますことに成功。そのリマスタリングCD(SHM-CD)を各作品のディスク1に収録し、『ORIGATO PLASTICO』(1980年)には1981年のアメリカツアー後半のピーク期のライブのメンバー所蔵のプライベートビデオテープが発見されたことを受けそのライブDVDをディスク2としてパッケージ予定。(※制作過程につき内容変更の可能性がございます)。初回限定デラックスパケージ(デジパック仕様)。
