This is my first order from CD Japan and I just want to say that I'm a happy customer. The delivery arrived three days after the release and I just have to pay a few more since I used EMS shipping. No hassle for me~ A little bit of background: I'm not a native Japanese speaker; at most I have my Hiragana and Katakana memorized (and then a few basic kanji), but I am a musician, and "I like what I like" when it comes to music. I'm a LoveLive! fan too, which made me consider getting this album. Now on to the album; I'm the type who sets no expectations on albums; instead, "come what may", as I play the first song. I like how the album progresses; how CD 1 opens up with "~Jewelry Door~", starts with "Furuwasete", expands with "Densetsu no FLARE <Album version>", settles down with "Not Alone", and then exits its first half with "Houseki to Mermaid" by displaying energy but a more tame one. Then the later half opens up with "NEXT WORLD", showing more energy to bring up the pace again, then "Black Butterfly" opens and now I'm really in the mood! "Dream of Princess" is one of my favorites, and for me it further "expands the album's universe, as it tells its own story" (at least from what I can "feel" about it). It then settles down again with "Itsuka Kimini Todokeru Sekai", giving off a slightly "generic" or "familiar" feel (or it's just me), but I find myself going along with it still. Then "HANABI!!" plays. I was not able to contain myself. The song itself felt like an explosion of positive feeling bursting out as the song goes (that chorus!)!! Yep, "HANABI!!" is one of my favorites from this album. Finally, the album settles down and concludes with "Yumemi Hana", which, for me, gives a soothing yet enigmatic feeling, something along the lines of "what will the future be like?". Not much comments about CD 2; the music videos are good enough for me. It shows that a big effort was given out in making the album (thanks to all who contributed to the album). But of course, more Pile is always good(!) /cliff Overall, I enjoyed this album a lot (I love it a lot now), and would be happy to listen to more of Pile in the future.
