The album also includes "Ningen Shikkaku: Ikite wa Shikkou wa Marvelous", a recording of Metis' last live performance in Shichigahama with her piano, which was miraculously restored after being damaged by the tsunami and repaired with the help of many people she met and collaborated with.

Metisの半年ぶりとなるリリースは、強いメッセージを放つ楽曲のみを集めた、コンセプトアルバム。辛辣でありながら、あたたかい祈りが聴く人を包み込む「あなたの口で食べなさい」、2012年最後の桜ソング「さらば桜」、この春に角川書店から発刊予定のMetisの母・和子さんの闘病記によせて、新たに書き下ろした「母賛歌 あの日」。そして津波の被害を受けながらも、Metisが出会い、多くの協力者の手を借りてリペアし、奇跡の復活をとげたピアノと七ヶ浜で行った最後のライブをレコーディングした「人間失格～生きる事は素晴らしいのです～」も収録した渾身の1枚。
