[Machine Translation] Chick Corea, one of the leading pianists in the jazz world today, has had many successes as a jazz pianist, keyboardist, and composer, and this is his first album for the ECM label in over 25 years. For this album, Chick is joined by Stefano Borrani, the first of the new generation of ECM pianists, a brilliant Italian pianist who plays jazz, Latin, and even classical music. The duo recorded this live performance at Teatro Mancinelli in Orvieto, Italy, last December. The album includes Bill Evans' "Nadis," Antonio Carlos Jobim's "Portraits in Black and White," famous standards such as "Darn That Dream" and "Jitterbug Waltz," as well as improvisations that are the essence of Chick and Borrani's work.
