『さいざんすマンボ』発売70周年・大瀧詠一氏没後10年。トニー谷氏と大瀧詠一氏の御霊に捧げるオマージュソング集。2023年は故 トニー谷氏の『さいざんすマンボ』発売70周年・大瀧詠一氏没後10年の節目の年であった。トニー谷氏死去の約1ヶ月後にNHK・FMで放送された追悼番組のDJを大瀧詠一氏が務め、「もしもトニー谷氏人気絶頂期が1960年代初頭だったら、さいざんすツヰスト・レッツさいざんすアゲイン等の作品が世に出ていたかも知れない。」という旨の発言しており、それらを具現化したのが本作品集である。大瀧詠一氏のノベルティーソング作品群の作風を模して、御両名にゆかりのある楽曲から様々なパーツを引用している。トニー谷氏の算盤パーカッション芸を後世に継承すべく、本作品集を制作した。
