[Machine Translation] What's a Friend? The long-awaited DVD version of a fresh coming-of-age story starring Minori Hagiwara and Sayu Kubota, two up-and-coming young actresses. --It is the summer of their second year in high school. Hazuki and Aoi are in the same class but are not friends. Soon, they begin a mysterious "friend" relationship that transcends generations. Hazuki and Aoi learn that the grandmother, who hums a certain melody nostalgically, has a treasured love letter that she wrote to her first love whom she could not tell her feelings. They decide to look for her first love together in order to give the love letter to her first love...
