"弁護士ドラマ"史上最も笑える極上のリーガルコメディ最新作! 堺雅人&新垣結衣の"最強凸凹コンビ"がスペシャルドラマで復活!! ――相変わらずの日々を過ごしていた古美門研介(堺雅人)と黛真知子(新垣結衣)のもとに、巨大総合病院から弁護の依頼が入る。依頼は、1年前に病院内で死亡した患者の妻・中原さやか(吉瀬美智子)が弁護士を立て、病院に対してクレームを入れてきた件を処理してほしいという内容。お安いご用と引き受けた古美門が対峙した相手側の弁護士・九條和馬(大森南朋)は、うだつの上がらない中年で、正式に病院を訴えるのではなく、依頼人の夫が死んだ原因を院長である赤目義二(古谷一行)の医療過誤と決めつけ、病院からお金を巻き上げようとするような、いわゆる"たかり弁護士"だった。 メイキング映像、古美門・黛インタビュー、完成披露試写会を収録した特典ディスク付き。
