With expectations for further evolution, the unit has changed its name to Tankyun Democracy and will release its first mini-album "Kushimasho Kushi" (read: Kushimada Kukiyo) on March 18, 2015. The story of Tankin Democracy begins when Kurumi and Soreiyu, who were in the first year of junior high school at the time, found a cassette tape with "Tankin" written on it in the broadcasting club of Sakuraume Girls' Junior High School. The two became completely fond of the Tankyun song sung by junior high school seniors Mayu Miyama and Yume Chan, and they played the cassette on the riverside of the Arakawa River while humming "Sabotage" together..." This mini album starts with the song "Sabotage (riverside after school ver.)", which is a story tailored to such a situation. This mini album contains 6 songs in total, including a new song by Takuro Goh (detune./Glensmith), "Seikukusei" and "Sukubakagerou". Guest musicians include the Seaweed Sisters, Sayu Candy, and Natsumi Miyaji, and the first generation members Miyamayu & Chan Yume will also participate as chorus guests. たんきゅんデモクラシー、デビュー! 女子中学生のせつない気持ちを歌うガールズポップデュオ「たんきゅん」が、私立櫻梅女子中学校を卒業したのが昨年の3月。メンバーの、みやまゆ(宮崎繭子)とチャンユメ(花渡夢子)は卒業と同時に普通の女の子に戻り、たんきゅんとしての活動を終了した。中学時代に収録した楽曲『カラメルタイム☆』が『太鼓の達人』アーケードゲームに起用されるなど、密かな話題は呼んだものの、その存在は幻となっていた。だが、ここに来て新展開! たんきゅんがメンバーを総入れ替えして再始動することが決定した。新メンバーは、くるみ・それいゆ・すずり・はんしの女子中学生4人組。更なる進化への期待を込めて、ユニット名を「たんきゅんデモクラシー」に改名し、2015年3月18日に1stミニアルバム『くし正く清』(読み: くしただくきよ)をリリースする。「たんきゅんデモクラシーの物語は、当時中1のくるみとそれいゆが櫻梅女子中の放送部で「たんきゅん」と書かれたカセットテープを発見したところから始まる。中3のみやまゆ先輩とチャンユメ先輩が歌うたんきゅんの曲がすっかりお気に入りになったふたりは、荒川の川べりでカセットを流しながら、一緒に『サボッタージュ』を口ずさむのだった・・・」そんな物語仕立ての楽曲『サボッタージュ(放課後の川べりver.)』で始まるこのミニアルバムには、郷拓郎(detune./グレンスミス)が手掛ける新曲『清く正しく』や『スクバカゲロウ』など、計6曲を収録。ゲストミュージシャンに海藻姉妹、さゆキャンディ、宮地夏海を迎えたほか、コーラスゲストとして初代メンバーみやまゆ&チャンユメも参加。プロデュースは引き続きまゆたん&ごーきゅん(郷拓郎)で、ミックスは右塚周、マスタリングは高橋健太郎が担当。
