1974年3月20日にメンフィス・ミッドサウス・コロシアムで行われた13年ぶりとなる里帰りコンサートで、熱狂的なステージを展開。このライヴ・アルバムは同年7月にリリースされ各メディアから「熱狂のライヴ」と絶賛され、カントリーチャートでは1位を記録した。 今回のレガシー・エディションでは、Disc1にはオリジナルのライヴ盤では編集上カットされていた10曲を追加収録。新たなミックス / リマスターが施され音質が格段と向上している。 Disc2はメンフィスの2日前に行われたリッチモンド・コロシアムでのライヴ音源収録。これは2日後に控えた歴史的レコーディングのためのテストランとしてRCAがレコーディングした音源で、現存するモノラル音源にリマスターを施した貴重な音源。Disc2にはこのほかに、1974年8月に録られたリハーサル音源5曲を収録。この年エルヴィスは正式なスタジオ・レコーディングをしていないだけに非常に貴重な録音。 レア写真、これまで見られることのなかったグッズ写真、書下ろしライナーノーツ、新聞記事などを掲載した24ページのブックレット付。 ◆完全生産限定盤 / 40周年記念盤 / ライナーノーツ / デジパック / 24Pブックレット / リマスタリング
