with the Sony SBM 24KT gold cd.I am also a big fan of the remastering of the greatest hits package OH Yea...I Think the vocals on the BSCD2 are a little clearer than The gold edition,overall sound i think is better on the gold cd, but I really wish sony would invest the time and money to remaster all of aerosmiths catalogue using the same technology used on The greatest hits package OH YEA...That Being said because I'm such a aerosmith fan I'll buy all BSCD2's. I must admit that I'm not convinced that the '93 remasters are the holy grail...I feel a little short changed on the BSCD2's.
I compared this with my Blu-Spec CD disc. I like the CD2 disc better. I think it has more clarity. Blu-Spec CD is good, but there seems to be slightly better clarity with CD2. I compared track 6 Sweet Emotion back and forth between this and Blu-Spec CD. CD2 seemed to have slightly more clarity and fullness. Nice depth of sound. CD2 is happennin'! Crank it up!
