IL DIVOが、2014年2月から3月にかけて全国5か所10公演、5万人を動員して行われた、2年ぶり4度目の来日公演の千秋楽3月11日の東京・日本武道館でのライヴが、日本のファンの熱い要望に応えて遂に商品化決定! 今回のツアーは、最新アルバム『ミュージカル・アフェア』を携え、ゲストには、ミュージカル『ミス・サイゴン』のヒロイン、キム役のオリジナルキャストで知られる世界でもトップクラスのミュージカル・スター、レア・サロンガを迎え、豪華絢爛なステージを繰り広げた。当日は東日本大震災から3年目の日にあたり、東北に思いを馳せて英語で歌ったNHK東日本大震災復興支援ソングの「花は咲く～FLOWERS WILL BLOOM」と、前回のツアーでも日本のために日本語で披露した「故郷」の2曲を日本盤ボーナス・トラックとして特別収録。日本のファンを感動の渦に巻き込んだ、圧倒的な歌唱力と美しいハーモニーで奏でる伝説のステージの記録。
