The first release project of the "SOUND TOURS" series, the "ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK COLLECTION BOX SET", has been released, along with the second project selected as the official theme song of the series entitled "Overdriving!. Coupling track features two of Kaga's singles, "Faith / Hohoemi no Daisho", released in 1993. The cover artwork was drawn by Hirokazu Hisayuki (character design for "Future GPX Cyber Formula SAGA" and "New Century GPX Cyber Formula SIN"). Impressive visuals to match the songs and character images.

新世紀GPXサイバーフォーミュラSOUND TOURSシリーズ第3弾! 2021年に放送開始30周年を迎える『新世紀GPXサイバーフォーミュラ』。これまでに"SOUND TOURS"シリーズリリース企画第一弾「ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK COLLECTION BOX SET」をリリースし、企画第二弾は同シリーズのオフィシャルテーマソングとして20年振りの新曲となる「Overdriving!!」(風見ハヤト歌唱)を発表。そして早くもネクストテーマソングとして「Never Ever Give Up!」のリリースが決定。今作は主人公・風見ハヤト (CV: 金丸淳一)に続き、作中で人気の高いキャラクターの一人であるブリード加賀 (CV: 関俊彦)が歌唱。シングル (Maxi CD)に加え初回生産限定盤には、オリジナルCDジャケットをデザインした「SOUND TOURS 2021 OFFICIAL CALENDAR」がセットのスペシャル仕様。制作キャストは前作「Overdriving!!」」に続き、楽曲監修に福田己津央監督、作詞にacane_madder (アカネマダー)、作曲及びサウンドプロデュースは北川勝利 (ROUND TABLE)が担当。風見ハヤトの兄貴分のようでもあり、シリーズを通してライバルとなるブリード加賀が自身に向けたアンサーソングとして猛然と駆け抜けて行くサーキットをエモーショナルな世界観で描いた「Never Ever Give Up!」にご期待ください。カップリングには1993年リリースしたブリード加賀のシングル「FAITH / 微笑みの代償」の2曲を収録。描き下ろしCDジャケットイラストは久行宏和 (『新世紀GPX サイバーフォーミュラSAGA』『新世紀GPX サイバーフォーミュラSIN』キャラクターデザイン)が担当。楽曲およびキャラクターイメージに合わせたテイストが印象的なビジュアル。
