アンフェアシリーズを繋ぐもう一つのスト―リー。破天荒で突っ走る女刑事・望月陽と、ベテラン刑事・山路哲夫のコンビが、またも現代社会の歪みで生まれた悲しき難事件に挑む! アンフェアシリーズ最後を飾る『アンフェア the end』の9月5日(土)公開に合わせてリリース! 加藤雅也、阿部サダヲら人気のレギュラー陣に加え、望月の新たな上司役として高嶋政伸、捜査に協力する科捜研の敏腕プロファイラー役として山本裕典も登場! 超豪華な顔ぶれでもう一つの"アンフェア"な事件を描く。アンフェアワールドに綾野剛が初参戦! 迫真の演技は必見! ――望月陽 (北乃きい)ら捜査一課特殊犯係の元に、残酷な動画がネット配信されているという情報が入る。その動画は、インターネットのストリーミング映像で、"世間に正義を問う"と謳って、視聴者にYesかNoかの二者択一クイズを出題し、回答が意に沿わない場合は不正解だとして、マスクを被った男が人質 (綾野剛)らを銃殺するという内容だった。同日、警視の山路哲夫 (寺島進)宛てに警視庁に届いた差出人不明の手紙が、動画のクイズと酷似していることを知った望月は、所轄に異動していた山路を呼び寄せ捜査に乗り出す。望月と山路は、捜査一課特殊班管理官の風見憲吾 (高嶋政伸)、プロファイラーの大曾根学 (山本裕典)、鑑識課検視官の三上薫 (加藤雅也)らと共に出題内容や映り込み映像を手がかりに犯人像に迫る。一方で残酷なクイズとその結果に世間は加熱し、ついにテレビの全国放送で中継されることに・・・全国の視聴者をも巻き込んだ、大規模な劇場型犯罪が幕を開けた!
