CLANCY", the fifth studio album from FUELED BY RAMEN, was co-produced by Tyler Joseph (one half of the duo) and Paul Meaney (known for his work with MUTEMAS) and was released on the 9th anniversary of the release of their fourth studio album, "BLURRYFACE". Paul, who has toured with Twenty One Pilots, also produced their TRENCH and SCALED AND ICY albums. The first single from the album is "Overcompensate". The song is a dynamic sonic catharsis, with a thick synth buildup over rushing breakbeats, inviting the listener into an overwhelming sense of immersion. The music video, produced by Reel Bear Media, a longtime collaborator of the band, is also a remarkable worldview. While the full album has yet to be revealed, CLANCY is said to be the final chapter in a concept that the band has been expressing since their 2015 multi-platinum breakthrough BLURRYFACE, which concluded a nine-year story of Twenty One Pilots and a new era of alternative rock will be born!
