[Machine Translation] Miraculous first CD release of previously unreleased recordings by the legendary singer and pianist Bobbi Boyle! Bobbi Boyle became known through her two albums, "A Day in the Life" (first CD release in Japan) and "Singles" (first CD release in the world), released in July 2016. Bobbi Boyle's style is a pioneer of soft-sounding jazz, playing pop tunes in the jazz format of the time. After her death, her son Michael McCormick, who is also a professional guitarist, retrieved an analog tape from a storage box that had been left at home. The tapes recorded the brilliant performances of her heyday, all of which had never been released before. This album was edited and mastered with Michael's cooperation, and is the first time that the tapes have seen the light of day in the world. It was probably not intended to be a commercial product, but rather an enjoyable introduction to Bobbi Boyle's primitive, captivating, and relaxed style of playing.

幻のシンガー&ピアニスト、ボビイ・ボイルの未発表音源が奇跡の初CD化! 2016年7月発売された2枚のアルバム、『ア・デイ・イン・ザ・ライフ』 (日本初CD化)と『シングス』 (世界初CD化)によって存在を知られるようになったボビイ・ボイル。そのスタイルは当時のポップ・チューンをジャズ・フォーマットで演奏した正にソフト・サウンディング・ジャズの草分けともいえるもの。そして彼女の死後、自宅で放置されていたアナログ・テープがプロのギタリストでもある息子、マイケル・マコーミックによって保管箱の中から取り出された。それは全盛時の輝かしいパフォーマンスを記録したもので全てが未発表という内容だった。本作はそのテープを元にマイケルの協力を得て編集、マスタリングが行われ世界で初めて陽の目をみることになった。おそらくこれは商品化を前提したものではなく、その為、彼女のプリミティブな魅了満載のリラックスしたプレイが堪能出来るボビイ・ボイル入門用としても楽しめる作品。
