[Machine Translation] This is the first solo album in about 20 years by guitar hero Reb Beach, who has played in many bands since the 1980s, including Whitesnake, Winger, Dokken, and Black Swan, and is still active at the forefront. While Reb himself sang on the previous album, this time all the songs are instrumental. Even though there is no singing voice, it is not too much to say that Reb's guitar is singing on this album. His playing, which does not stop at the metal category, truly reveals his inner self, as the title of the album suggests. The members who support this album include Michele Luppi (Keys), a colleague of Whitesnake, Philip Bino (Ba), known for his work with Steve Vai and Ring of Fire, and David Throckmorton, a unique jazz drummer who has played with guitarist Torayasu Hotei on the drums. ホワイトスネイク、ウインガー、ドッケン、ブラック・スワン等、80年代から数多くのバンドに参加し、現在も第一線で活躍するギター・ヒーロー「レブ・ビーチ」の約20年振りとなるソロ・アルバム。前作はレブ自身がヴォーカルも担当する作品であったが、今作は全曲インストゥルメンタル作品。歌声は無くとも、レブのギターが歌っていると言っても過言では無いほど緩急に富んだフレーズの数々は必聴。メタルの範疇に止まらない彼のプレイは、アルバムのタイトルにあるように、正に自身の内面をさらけ出したものといえる。この作品を支える参加メンバーとして、ホワイトスネイクの同僚ミケーレ・ルッピ(Keys)や、スティーヴ・ヴァイやリング・オヴ・ファイアで知られるフィリップ・バイノ(Ba),ドラムにはギタリスト布袋寅泰と共演した経緯も持つ異色のジャズ・ドラマー、デヴィッド・スロックモートンが担当するなど、その他にも多彩なゲストを迎えて制作されている。
