2024年秋発売CD『愛は限りなく千の谷』のカップリングで大好評だった「こころ花」が新たなアレンジと歌唱で生まれ変わる! 小千谷市の市政70周年を記念したご当地ソングも新アレンジで同時収録。前作のカップリングだった曲を新たにアレンジ、新規に発売する「こころ花」は鬼怒川に想いをはせて恋心を詠った叙情歌。郷愁のあるそしてどこか懐かしい楽曲になっている。哀愁を帯びた鶴岡雅義のレキントギターが心に沁みる。カップリングの「愛は限りなく千の谷」は新潟県中越地方に位置する小千谷市の市政70周年を記念して鶴岡雅義と東京ロマンチカがプロデュースしたご当地ソング。地域の高齢者が健康で生き甲斐を持てる小千谷にしたいとの熱い想いを鶴岡雅義が作曲、歌詞は地元小千谷市の作詞家丸山勝利に白羽の矢が立ちレコーディングされた。
