2017年七回忌を迎える深町純が、生前2007年10月27日に東京 サントリーホール (ブルー・ローズ)で行ったソロピアノ・リサイタルの模様を初映像化 (本編最初と最後に貴重な本人インタビュー映像も追加収録)。さらに遺作となった弾き語りナンバー「願い」の音源をセットした作品がDVD+CD2枚組として発売。ソロピアノは2001年以降、深町が最も力を入れていた演奏スタイルでピアノ1台のみの演奏で、最初から最後まで全曲が即興で演奏されている。CDに特別収録された「願い」は本人の歌う弾き語りナンバーで、録音されたのは2010年11月。本人が11月22日に急逝する直前の最後の歌となった。
