『ザ・パワー・トゥ・ビリーヴ』に先がけ発表された日本独自アートワークが話題となったミニ・アルバム(EP)。"ヌーヴォ・メタル"最終楽章『ザ・パワー・トゥ・ビリーヴ』(この時期はまだ借りタイトル『ELECTRIkc』と呼ばれていた)発売前に登場したミニ・アルバム。"ヌーヴォ・メタル"のフラグシップ楽曲「ハッピー・ウィズ・ホワット・ユー・ハフ・トゥ・ビー・ハッピー・ウィズ」、「アイズ・ワイド・オープン」を最初に収録した作品。メタリックな楽曲と共に、エイドリアン・ブリューがこの当時取り組んでいた俳句にインスパイされたエフェクト処理されたヴォーカル楽曲等が収録されているが、最大の聴きものはクリムゾン唯一といっても良いストレート・ブルース・ナンバー「ポテト・パイ」が収録されていること。2003年ツアーでも数回しか演奏されなかった超レア曲のオリジナルはここに収録!2002年にユニバーサルから発売されたが、長い間絶版状態が続いていたレアな1枚が復活!
