Description

[Machine Translation] Based on Seiichi Morimura's mystery novel series "Detective Ushio Case Files," the first 29 episodes were broadcast on TV Asahi's "Saturday Wide Gekijo" from December 1990, followed by "Saturday Prime, Saturday Wide Gekijo," "Sunday Wide," "Sunday Prime," and special programs in different broadcast slots until December 2022. The popular detective drama "Terminal Station Series" aired for a total of 38 episodes over a period of 32 years until December 2022. The series was consistently directed by Kazuo Ikehiro. The main character, Masanao Ushio, a detective of the Shinjuku West Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, was played by Shigeru Doroguchi in the first four series and by Tsurutaro Kataoka in the fifth through the 38th series. The first volume, which is the first soft version of the series, contains the first three films starring Shigeru Roguchi, and the fifth, seventh, and eighth films starring Tsurutaro Kataoka. The booklet (20 pages) includes Part 1 of a special interview with director Ikehiro.

森村誠一の推理小説「牛尾刑事・事件簿」シリーズを原作に、1990年12月よりテレビ朝日系"土曜ワイド劇場"にて第1作～第29作が放送され、その後、"土曜プライム・土曜ワイド劇場""日曜ワイド""日曜プライム"、そして特番と放送枠を変えながら、2022年12月までの32年間に全38作が放送された人気の刑事ドラマ「終着駅シリーズ」。監督はシリーズ一貫して池広一夫が担当。主人公の警視庁新宿西警察署の刑事・牛尾正直には、第1作～第4作を露口茂、第5作～第38作を片岡鶴太郎が演じた。初ソフト化となる第1弾は、露口主演の第1作～第3作、片岡主演の第5作、第7作、第8作の6作品を収録している。ブックレット(20P)には、池広監督スペシャルインタビューPart1も掲載。
