その全貌がついにベールを脱ぐ! タブー視され続けた問題作が映画化。今まで誰も描けなかった裏社会に蠢く人間模様。強烈な男たちの生き様がここにある。主演は映画、ドラマ、舞台、そしてCMと多方面で活躍中の遠藤憲一。――かつて京都木屋町を牛耳る組織を束ねていた勝浦茂雄(遠藤憲一)は、5年前のある事件で四肢を失った。今ではハンデのある体で債務者の家に乗り込み、嫌がらせをして回収する捨て身の取立て稼業で生計を立てる。仲間の古澤(木村祐一)から世話を命ぜられた坂本(三浦誠己)の助けを借り、次々仕事をこなす勝浦。そこに真崎という家族への追い込みの仕事が入る。その家族は、勝浦を裏切り、金と麻薬を持ち逃げした元部下・サトシの知人だった。勝浦は責任を取り、今の体になったのだが、事件に疑問を感じた坂本が過去を嗅ぎまわりはじめる。人生が毀れゆく債務者を見つめながら薄汚い闇社会でもがく勝浦と坂本は、5年前のある真実を知ってしまう・・・。
