命を奪って、愛を知った。新スーパー戦隊シリーズ「特命戦隊ゴーバスターズ」岩崎リュウジ=ブルーバスター役の馬場良馬主演の本格ガンアクション映画が登場!! ――花城涼(馬場良馬)は、幼い頃から過酷な訓練で鍛え上げられてきたプロフェッショナルの暗殺者=アサシン。唯一の親友・岬俊一(久保田悠来)と共に、組織の命令に従って冷徹に任務を遂行してきた。だが、そんな涼の人生は、暗殺現場に居合わせた女子高生・春日リオ(岩田さゆり)を救った瞬間から大きく変わり始める。岬の強い反対を押し切り、リオをかくまおうとする涼は、徐々に人間らしさに目覚めていく。しかし、リオを守ることは組織への裏切りを意味していた。暗殺者から一転、追われる身となった涼を待っていたのは、組織から放たれた刺客たちとの想像を絶する死闘だった・・・。
