映画「不良姐御伝 猪の鹿お蝶」に続く姐御伝シリーズ。妖艶な女侠客・お蝶に扮する池玲子が、あでやかな猪、鹿、蝶の刺青を背負って大アクションを展開する娯楽作。神戸港へ辿り着いたお蝶は、女スリの朱美に麻薬運び屋と間違えられ、ある旅館へ。そこで神戸の新興ヤクザ港会の残党・浅吉らに股裂き拷問をかけられ、挙げ句に女殺しの濡れ衣まで着せられる。そんなお蝶の危機を救ったのは、刑務所帰りの扇屋一家幹部・譲二だった。譲二は、服役中に殺された元親分の犯人が、跡目を継いだ叔父貴分・剛田であると狙いをつけ調べ回っていた。一方、危機を脱したお蝶は、女スリの親分・半纏婆アのもとに乗り込み朱美を拷問、浅吉らの企みを知る。彼らは、女スリを麻薬中毒にして秘所に麻薬を仕込ませ、横浜から神戸に運ばせていたのだ。さらにこの浅吉一味に扇屋一家の親分・剛田が絡んでいることを知ったお蝶は、悪辣な博徒一家に敢然と立ち向かっていく! ポルノ映画の生みの親とも言うべき石井輝男監督が、やさぐれお蝶の活躍をネットリとしたポルノ色を盛り込み描いた話題作。 ニュープリント・コンポーネントマスター。[成人指定]
