Saigo no Chushingura

Saigo no Chushingura (A Survivor of Chushingura) is the period film directed by Shigemichi Sugita based on a famous story in Japan on 47 samurai in the Edo period who avenge their lord against Kira Kozukenosuke, who was the cause of the master's death. This film focuses on Terasaka Kichiemon, the only survivor of the 47 samurai. Stars Koji Yakusho and Koichi Sato.
