For the 4th album "Rega", the band has carefully selected songs from "RONDORINA" and "million", which were difficult to find before Akira Yotsumoto joined the band, and re-recorded them with the "current" Rega sound including Akira Yotsumoto. The recording and arrangements are different from those of the old recordings, reflecting their live performances with the rawness and dynamism of a live band. Other songs on the album include a re-recorded version of "Orange," a song created by Yotsumoto Akira after he joined the band, which has never been recorded on a CD and is a well-known song. In addition, a new song, "Wreck," and an early representative song of Rega, "VIP," which has become synonymous with Rega, are also re-recorded, along with "O.N.O. (from THA BLUE HERB)" and "Rega The album also includes a remix of "VIP" by "O.N.O. (from THA BLUE HERB)" and "oma", a close friend of Rega who has formed a unit called "REVITALIZED" with Ryuji Ide (guitarist), and is a complete re-recording of the entire 10-year history of the band.

溢れ出る感情をむき出しに表現する凄まじいライブ・パフォーマンスで、もはやインストゥルメンタルバンドの枠組みを超えて各地の音好きを魅了するRega。これまで朝霧JAM、TAICOCLUB、RUSH BALL、SYNCHRONICITYなど数々のフェスに出演し、FUJI ROCK FESTIVALでは前夜祭のトリを務め会場を熱狂に包んだ。そんなRegaが10周年を迎えるアニバーサリーの幕開け第一手として、自らのバンド名をアルバム名に冠した、4thフルアルバム「Rega」のリリースが決定!4thアルバム「Rega」では、バンド10周年を期に、四本晶(Gt)が加入する以前の入手困難な初期音源「RONDORINA」「million」から楽曲を厳選し、四本晶を含めた「現在の」Regaサウンドで再レコーディング。録音やアレンジに関しても、旧音源とは方向性の違う、彼らのライブが反映されたライブバンドらしい生々しさやダイナミズムが意識されたものとなっている。その他収録曲には、四本晶が加入後に初めて創られた、名曲と名高いCD未収録曲”Orange”も再録し収録。加えて、新曲となる”Wreck”、更にはRegaの代名詞ともなっている初期の代表曲”VIP”を再録後、「O.N.O (from THA BLUE HERB)」と、Rega井出竜二(Gt)と【REVITALIZED】というユニットを組んでいる盟友「oma」によるリミックスを収録するなど、完全再録による10年間の歩みが全て詰まったといっていい、充実の内容となっている
