アナログ録音に拘った前作から10ヶ月、今回はエンジニアに拘りました。中心人物シャクの、不運の交通事故による1年に渡る入院生活からの、リハビリの為のユニット"シャク&リハビリーズ"の2ndアルバムが完成しました。作品は当初、アコースティック・アルバムとして構想が練られましたが、プリプロ中にレゲエに変更。最終的には楽曲の表情を生かした、エレキ編成の歌モノJ-POPのアルバムとなりました。シンプルなリフなんだけど、印象的で踊れるロック!。これぞシャク&リハビリーズ・スタイル、ゆるロックの完成です。1押し楽曲は、M1.『空中散歩』です。タイトルの「BPM30」はこの詞から取りましたが、極端に遅いテンポという事で、"ゆる～く行こう"という意味が込められてます。この不況の世の中、全ての肩の凝った日本人に捧げます!!
