福岡で噂の4人組「ALOHA」HIP HOPやらJAZZやらBLUESやらDUBやら世界中のGOOD MUSICをどこまでも常夏TROPICALに!そして誰よりもCOOLダンディーにキメました!TROPICAL COOLなALOHAのイカシタ?!パーティーアルバム遂に誕生!!2008年はALOHAの年、TROPICAL COOLな1年になるでしょう!福岡を拠点に活動をスタート。2005年よりニシオ(Vo.Gt.Sampler. Pianica)ドイラ(Gt.)ウラ(Ba.)ウメ(Dr.)の4人組となる。2006年初夏、自主制作盤「CITY MOVIE」を発売。ライブ会場のみの販売にもかかわらず評判を呼び、タワーレコード渋谷店バイヤーの熱烈大プッシュにより、9月に急遽、全国発売が決定!タワレコメンに選ばれるなど、福岡のプチ人気者?!になる。2007年には、福岡の野外フェス「SUNSET LIVE」に出演。9月より自主イベント「JUST NIGHT」を福岡にてスタート!毎回ゲストアーティストを迎え、これまでに、「キセル」「タカツキバンド」「角張渉(DJ/カクバリズム)」らが出演している。2008年3月には、「JUST NIGHT vol.3」をゲストに「口口口(クチロロ)」を迎えて開催!2008年はALOHA宣言として「全国的にTOROPICAL COOLな1年になるでしょう!」という勝手な気象予報を発令中とのこと、、、乞うご期待あれ!アートディレクションは、今もっとも注目を集めるクリエイティブユニット「OILWORKS」のPOPY OILが担当。こちらにも要注目!!
