A female vocal band formed by four members who met at Tokyo School of Music Specialty School Shibuya. They were very popular among the students while they were in school, and passed an audition while participating in a class called "T's PROJECT" held on campus, and decided to debut their CD as the second artist of "T's PROJECT". The concept of the CD is "POP ROCK! with their friendly music and lyrics with a unique worldview, they have gained the sympathy of people of the same generation. The lyrics are written by Maho. The band's goal is to create a band sound that emphasizes the message of the lyrics and enhances the vocalist's singing. The band name comes from the name of a chest of drawers in a member's house, "Wood Top Chest," which Maho likes the sound of, and the word "Choco" because of her love of chocolate. The name "Choco" comes from the idea that the music should be like a chest of chocolates = "an exciting drawer to open.

甘さひかえめ POP ROCK! 渋谷発★POPでROCKな4人組!! 音楽専門学校 東京スクールオブミュージック専門学校渋谷で出逢った4人によって結成された、女性ボーカルバンド。在学中は学生からの人気も高かった彼らは、学内で行われる『T's PROJECT』という授業に参加する中でオーディションに合格し、『T's PROJECT』第2弾アーティストとして、CDデビューが決定する。"甘さひかえめPOP ROCK!!"をコンセプトに、親しみやすい楽曲と独特の世界観を持つ歌詞で、同世代からの共感を得る。作詞はVo.まほが担当。その歌詞のメッセージ性を大切にし、ボーカルの唄をより引き立てるバンドサウンドを目指す。バンド名の由来は、メンバー宅にあったタンスの名である『Wood top Chest』という響きを気に入り、そこに、まほがチョコレートずきなことから『Choco』という単語をかけ、"チョコのタンス"="開けたら、わくわくする引き出し"のような音楽になるように、という想いから名付けられた。
